Privacy Policy

Kingaroy Kitchen, as a business line of Endeavour Foundation, is committed to upholding the Privacy legislation (including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 10 National Privacy Principles) which ensures privacy of information is maintained through minimum standards.

Endeavour shall not collect information unless the information is required for the functions and activities of the business.

Endeavour shall take steps to ensure information is collected, used and/or disclosed in an accurate and up-to-date manner.

Sensitive information shall only be collected when an individual consents or when the information is required by law.

Individuals may request access to information relating to themselves or persons of care when conditions outlined in the National Privacy Principles are met.

Endeavour shall not divulge personal information to third parties unless
required under the relevant legislative act.

Endeavour shall not sell personal information to third parties at any time.

Information is used solely for Endeavour’s marketing purposes and is not for publication unless individual(s) approval has been obtained.

As a member of the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) Endeavour abides by a strict Code of Practice that demands Endeavour handles all personal details responsibly. This Code also requires that Endeavour acts fairly and honestly in all customer transactions. (Information
