Sweet Lamb Curry

Make this delicious Sweet Lamb Curry using Kingaroy Kitchen Classic Fruit Chutney.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped
1 tbsp medium curry
½ cup Kingaroy Kitchen Classic Fruit Chutney
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
750gm diced lamb
½ cup sultanas
1 1/2 cup beef stock
Natural yoghurt to serve
Salt & pepper
Step 1
Saute´ onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Step 2
Add curry powder and chutney, stir until well combined.
Step 3
Add apple, lamb and sultanas, cook until lamb is browned.
Step 4
Pour in stock and bring to boil slowly.
Step 5
Place in oven proof bowl and cook in moderate oven for approximately 1 1/4 hours until meat is tender and liquid has thickened.
Step 6
Serve with rice and yoghurt.
