Lemon Butter Tarts

Lemon Butter Tarts are a summery dessert option.

Make this scrumptious dessert using Kingaroy Kitchen Lemon Butter.

Ingredients:
8 pre-made pastry tart shells (find them at your grocery store or gourmet deli)
A jar of Kingaroy Kitchen Lemon Butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
Place a mixing blowl and metal beaters in the fridge 10 minutes before you start.

Step 2
Spoon lemon butter into the tart shells.

Step 3
Using pre-cooled bowl and beaters, mix cream until soft peaks are formed. Add vanilla & icing sugar, and mix again until firm peaks are formed. Hint: you can substitute vanilla for 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest.

Step 4
Gently dollop whipped cream on top of lemon butter and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
